Welcome to our P6 webpage. I'm delighted to be teaching the P6 class in St. Malachy's for the 2025-26 year. This is a class where mutual respect and cooperation are encouraged so that the learning environment is a calm, safe and fun place to be. We will be showcasing our school year and hope you enjoy browsing the pictures and updates of what we have experienced inside and outside the classroom. Our P6 pupils are role models in the school for the younger children who they can look up to and learn from. P6 are encouraged to show ownership of their studies and develop into independent learners as much as possible. We have a new World Around Us topic that we will be covering this year on The GAA which we are very excited about. The pupils should really enjoy learning about the GAA and Ireland across the curriculum, We are excited to get started and hope that you enjoy following our school year through the updates posted here.
