In P7 we are studying the topic of Bridges in the curriculum area of World Around Us. Last week the children were given the opportunity to design a strong and durable bridge and they worked in pairs to plan this and identify what resources they needed. Today came the opportunity to make their designs a reality. They certainly enjoyed this challenge and the extra bonus was that four of the bridges manage to support Miss Nugent and the facial expression of Miss Nugent and on some of the children's faces said it all. A brilliant and enjoyable lesson that highlighted the talented skills of the P7 pupils. Well done to all from a very proud teacher!!
