In P7 we are studying the topic of Bridges in the Curriculum area of World Around Us. Last week the children were given the opportunity to design a strong and durable bridge and they worked in groups to plan and identify what resources they needed. Yesterday, their designs became reality. They certainly enjoyed this challenge and the extra bonus was that some of the bridges manage to support Miss Nugent and the facial expression on some of the children's faces said it all. A brilliant and enjoyable lesson that highlighted the talented skills of the P7 pupils. Well done to all from a very proud teacher!!
