Primary 3 pupils enjoyed their outdoor learning experience with Liz Farnan, an environmental educator and eco schools' assessor.
The theme for the workshop was 'Christmas Trees for Birds.'
The children thoroughly enjoyed the many activities in the school grounds which involved hanging bird treats decorations, dressing a tree outdoors for Christmas, identification of birds and a story.
Primary 3 especially enjoyed learning about different birds and their calls and songs.
