In Literacy P3 have been working on the story 'The Lighthouse Keeper's Lunch'.
They undertook a science experiment to see which material would be the best insulator at keeping Mr Grinling's lunch warm.
The materials they tested were wool, tissue paper and bubble wrap. They carried out a fair test and measured the temperature of the water in the beakers at different intervals.
From their results they found wool was the best insulator to keep Mr Grinling's lunch warm.
